About the event
Tokyo wagashi artist and instructor, Sachiko Tsunoda-Bedford, will lead up to 12 Zoom participants in making a moderate-difficulty wagashi style called Nerikiri. This workshop will be split into 2 consecutive Saturdays.
Participants can join individually or in groups, in order to maintain the 12-Zoom-participant limit for the event. At least one NC Kitsuke Club member will host in her home, for those who want to gather!
Part 1: Saturday, July 25, 2026 -- making the white bean paste -- flat fee of $10 per person
Part 2: Saturday, Aug 1, 2026 -- shaping and decorating the wagashi -- variable fee, see below *
