Let's cook a cozy Japanese meal together! Join us for a hands-on class, where you’ll learn to make a couple simple Japanese dishes. Fun, flavorful, and beginner-friendly! (paid event to cover material costs)

About the event

Enjoy hearty, comfort flavors of Japan in this small-group cooking event! Together we’ll create a simple meal, featuring:


Niku Udon-Beef Udon Noodles : a comforting bowl of savory broth, tender beef, and chewy udon noodles. (we will make it a bit more simple using premade udon, if interested in learning to make from scratch, we can plan another cooking event!)

Tsukemono- Pickled Things: a light and refreshing pickled seasonal vegetable

Zenzai- Red Bean Soup: a traditional sweet red bean soup with toasted mochi, the perfect way to end the meal.

 

This event is kept smaller so everyone can enjoy some hands on participation—Learn slicing, simmering, and how to assemble each dish.
